Le parc des îles is comprised of four video vignettes that surface as stepping-stones to spaces of introspection. Within these non-linear narratives, the characters enact actions that gravitate towards meditative moments: those moments encouraging us to move beyond restlessness as we learn to stay present with ourselves and confront whatever comes up in our lives.
